Institutions requiring increased security

Diplomatic facilities, financial institutions and the headquarters of market regulators have specific legal and procedural requirements. We work on the basis of non-disclosure agreements (NDA), we use equipment with certificates required by clients, and our systems can work as airgapped - without an Internet connection, only in the internal network.

Downtown, Wilanów, Mokotów - premium gated communities require a consistent image: hidden cameras, elegant intercom panels with facial recognition, underground garages with LPR. For banks and fintech companies, we design systems compliant with the requirements of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and DORA, with a separate redundant recording path.

Monitoring CCTV i IP

Hikvision Ultra-series cameras in resolution up to 12 MP with AI - face detection, behavioral analysis, intelligent search after events. For premium facilities, we use cameras in stainless steel, vandal-proof housings or concealed under suspended ceilings.

Alarm systems klasy premium

Grade 3 / Grade 4 certified switchboards (required by insurers for valuable objects), double alarm verification (camera detector), direct line to the CSMA alarm center. For office buildings - multi-zone systems on many floors with centralized management.

Access control enterprise

Access management systems for thousands of cards/users, integration with Active Directory / LDAP, event logging for audit. Turnstile locks for high-rise receptions, biometric terminals in critical areas and a parking lot with an LPR gate. One platform for managing the entire facility.

Yes, this is one of our key projects in Warsaw. We design multi-tenant systems: common network infrastructure and NVR for the building administrator, but each tenant has its own monitoring zone with separated permissions. The office manager only sees "his" cameras - the administrator sees all of them. Everything managed from one Hikvision HikCentral platform.

We sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA) tailored to the client's requirements. Our installers are verified and do not enter restricted areas without customer assistance. Upon request, we provide copies of the team's identity documents and criminal record certificates. We are ready to work outside office hours or on weekends, minimizing contact with staff.

The detailed design and valuation for a typical skyscraper (15-30 floors, 60-150 cameras) takes 5-10 business days from the on-site inspection. The implementation itself - depending on the scale - takes from 2 to 6 weeks, in stages agreed with the manager. We provide full as-built documentation in paper and electronic versions.

Yes. Hikvision systems operate fully locally - viewing and recording do not require a cloud connection. For facilities with the highest security requirements, we create networks physically isolated from the Internet (air-gap), with remote access only via VPN managed by the client or through a dedicated terminal at the reception desk.

Hikvision devices are covered by a 3-year manufacturer's warranty. Our post-warranty service is provided on the basis of SLA agreements with the option of 4h, 8h or NBD (next business day). For corporate clients, we offer remote monitoring of device status - the server sends an alert before the problem affects the operation of the system. The service contract includes quarterly inspections, firmware updates and priority handling of requests.
