Yes. For food plants, we select cameras in stainless steel housings or IP67/IP69K tightness class, which can withstand pressure washing and contact with disinfectants. We run the cabling in acid-resistant steel trays or flexible pipes, in accordance with the hygiene rules of production zones. These systems do not interfere with HACCP or BRC sanitary audits.

Opole is our closest market - only approx. 90 km via the A4 motorway. We usually arrange an on-site visit within 2-3 business days. In the event of a system failure covered by the SLA, we are able to reach the site on the same business day. This is our distinctive advantage over local-only companies that do not always have technicians available.

Yes. All systems we install support the Hik-Connect (Hikvision) app for iOS and Android - free, easy to use and working from anywhere in the world with Internet access. During system acceptance, we conduct training on how to use the application for the owner and designated employees. It is possible to set different access levels - e.g. the owner can see everything, the cashier can only see the camera at the cash register.

Hikvision devices are covered by a 3-year manufacturer's warranty, and our labor is covered by a 12-month assembly warranty. After the warranty ends, we offer an optional service contract with an annual system inspection, priority handling of requests and favorable prices for disk replacement. You can also use the service on a call basis
